Back in (Red &) Black

So, although I'm always glad to re-establish my signature red and black colours that are closely associated with my TWK brand, it is a bit bitter sweet change because the Think Pink cause is something that I take great pride in representing.

With that in mind, I feel like I could do more to champion breast cancer awareness all year round rather than for just 30 days. For that reason, I've decided that the pink should not go away completely and that I will make a conscious effort to pull on a pink outfit from time to time rather than leaving them stuffed away in t he closet for 11 months.

On top of that, I have to say that I'm rather fond of the pink highlights I dyed into my hair for Pink October so they are here to stay. That means that I'll have a daily reminder to think pink every single time I look in the mirror. Hopefully the sight of my pink tips will also be a catalyst for others to remember this important cause as well. Fingers crossed!

Return of the pink

With the arrival of October comes the return of my pink wardrobe in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month.

This year, I'm also going for a little bit of extra pink to supplement my pink outfits. Here's a little teaser...

It was never my intention to do a full photoshoot for No Bra Day. I really only just needed to get one photo for that day's Think Pink infographic. But, because I can never resist taking way more pics than I actually need, I ended up taking a whole bunch of them.

Looking through them this morning, I couldn't help but feel that it would be a waste to not sure them. So, even though we are now several days past No Bra Day, I decided I would share them today. 

Why? Because you can never have too much pink promotional shots during Pink October. And because I think some of them are pretty cute.

Think Pink - the photobook

As well as prviding the beauitful pictures for my article about why breast cancer awareness is so important and for all of the infographics that I've been pumping out as part of my Think Pink campaign this year, Max also went above and beyond by producing a stunning Think Pink themed photobook featuring all of the ladies who were kind enough to donate a little of their time to support this cause.

Please go and take a look at it because it is so, so pretty and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out.
