Turns he wasn’t dead at all, just unconscious. Apparently diving head first into shallow water with large jagged rocks is not such a good idea. Clearly, there needs to be better signage warning of the hazards of diving from the poorly placed pier.

I went for a quiet, late night swim at the beach and I found what appeared to be a corpse floating around just off the small island. So naturally I stopped and took a photo with the body before notifying the correct authorities.
