Yet another depressing drive home from Wembley. We travelled more in hope than expectation as it was always going to be a back ask against superior opposition. But on a day when we needed everyone to perform to their maximum, the boys fought valiantly and almost snatched something at the death. We can all be very proud of them. Sadly, such efforts are all for nothing when the officials cannot get the basics right.
Oh well... At least the roads seem to be nice and clear on the way back!
