It's Okay To Not Be Okay


A message for anyone fighting silent battles on World Mental Health Day - there is nothing to be ashamed of if your are struggling mentally. Don't be too embarrassed to ask for help. You are not alone. Speak up and let those that care for you be there for you when you need their support the most.


The last week has been a massive struggle for me personally with all sorts of things going on in my head. But the only thing I am ashamed of is that I've not been able to do a better job of communicating what is going on with me to those I love. It's hard! But it is also very necessary. I just wish I was better at practicing what I preach. I am trying to do better though.
