Well, we didn’t quite get the attendance that we got at last year’s Brain Tumour Awareness party but I think we can still be proud of the event, especially Mulan who continues to inspire me with her drive to put on great events for others to enjoy.

There was still a really good turn out despite some other big events going on at the same time and I think there was a lot of appreciation for a more varied selection of music being played than you will usually hear.

A big thank you to everyone who attended the Brain Tumour Awareness party and an even bigger thank you to everyone who joined in in wearing a hat to show their support. I know a lot of you don’t like headwear but took part anyway and that really does mean a lot.

Last night was the 2nd Annual Brain Tumour Awareness Party organised by Mulan. Last year’s event was a musical extravaganza and we hoped to repeat the feat this year. Mulan (obviously), Xanar and myself returning from last year’s DJ bill, while MrsCandice and RedMelisandra were added to round out the evening’s entertainment.

I know it is still a few days early but in the UK March is Brain Tumour Awareness Month. March 31st is Wear A Hat Day but why not get in the spirit of things and wear a hat for the whole month? I will be.
