Wet Bums

I caught someone skinny dipping in my pool tonight. Normally I would have been very, very mad and given them a very stern talking to. But, since today is International Skinny Dipping Day, I couldn't be too harsh on my visitor.

Especially since I was convinced to join in... And maybe then do some other afterwards as well. But I don't need to go into that right now. Sometimes I have to reserve the right to kiss and then not tell about everything I get up to.

Yay, back at Angels of Desire!

A bit of a quiet return but its always fun to play some rocking tunes regardless of how many peeps are there. I ate lots of muffins too… LOTS of muffins…

Think Pink I

OK, so seems like I had nothing worry about after all because the whole night was an amazing success. The club was packed out throughout with guests wearing pink, the music was awesome and there was a lot of love shown. In fact I found it all a bit overwhelming towards the end of the evening and couldn’t help but blubber my eyes out with a mixture of joy, pride, gratitude and sadness.

During my set we hit 91 people in the club, which is not only a record for Angels of Desire, but as far as I’m aware, is a record for any rock night, beating the previous record set whilst I was working as photographer for the Temple of Lust.

The perfect way to send off the club by going out on a high, I’d say!

And on to the wedding party.

Never thought I would play Katy Perry or Taylor Swift in AoD but it totally happened. It was a special occasion after all.

Back to School

It was time to squeeze back into the old school uniform for tonight’s Angels of Desire Back to School party.

It was a little bit tighter than last time I had it on, which was... oh, so many years ago... but I just about managed it.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along to tonight’s AoD Unplugged event. I’ve been planning this for so long and I couldn’t be happier with the way it went. It’s always a little nerve-wracking when you try to do something a little out of the ordinary but I think we well and truly pulled it off.

The biggest thanks of all need to go to Fubarman and RichardCypher who were both amazing. I wanted to challenge them to go outside their comfort zones and do something a little different to normal and they both massively exceeded my expectations, coming up with some inspired song choices. So proud of them both!

I’m still buzzing with excitement 2 hours later!
