For example, if two men (or women with strap-ons, for that matter) are spit roasting a third person (man or woman) and do a high five, that is 'eiffel towering' because, you know... they are forming a pointed shape which apparently resembles the Eiffel Tower.
Try as I might, I've had no luck finding anything for high fiving in this sort of situation though. Urban dictionary and the rest have let me down this time.
