It's a comfort thing

In a world that constantly imposes social norms and expectations, it's refreshing to see individuals challenge conventions and embrace their true selves. One such celebration of self-expression which is gaining more and more attention with each passing year is No Panty Day.

This annual event, observed on June 22nd, encourages people to forgo wearing underwear for a day. And, while it is may have a rather feminine slant on the name, it is by no means just for women to take part in. Men are also welcome to join in by ditching their boxers and going commando.

Whilst its origins remain somewhat unclear, as it has evolved through various online communities and social media platforms, it is believed to have emerged as a fun and light-hearted event, encouraging people to embrace a sense of liberation and body positivity.

And, although some may view it as a provocative or controversial celebration, it is essential to recognize the underlying message of self-expression and empowerment. It can serve as a reminder to not take ourselves too seriously and to find joy in the simple acts of rebellion and breaking free from societal expectations.

In particular, because No Panty Day promotes body positivity and self-acceptance by challenging societal expectations surrounding underwear. By participating in this celebration, individuals assert their right to make choices regarding their own bodies and reject societal pressures.

But possibly more importantly than all of that, it encourages individuals to prioritize their comfort. It acknowledges that wearing or not wearing underwear is a personal decision that should be based on individual preferences and needs.

By going without panties, people can experience a sense of liberation, as they shed the constraints and discomfort that some types of underwear can bring. It promotes the idea that individuals should have the autonomy to choose what feels best for their bodies. Because yes, some underwear can be uncomfortable to wear, and sometimes it is just nicer to go with for once.

Or, it can open open new outfit options by allowing you to wear something that you would not want to wear otherwise. Perhaps due to fear of the dreaded visible panty line or that a lighter outer layer would not do enough to conceal what is underneath.

However, like any celebration that challenges societal norms, may face criticism and concerns. Some argue that it promotes inappropriate behaviour or objectifies individuals. It is important to address these concerns by remembering to be respectful of personal boundaries and by considering the appropriateness of the setting.

So there you go, No Panty Day, while often seen as a playful and light-hearted event, carries a deeper message of empowerment, self-acceptance, and the right to personal choice. Let us celebrate this day as a reminder of our freedom and the beauty of embracing our authentic selves.

No panties at Strip N Rock

Strip N Rock changed things up again last night with a return to a more contemporary venue than the one we've been seeing since it's recent return. Very reminiscent of what we'd grown used to from Strip N Rock before it went on hiatus but now new and improved.

Before you ask; yes, I was still taking part in No Panties Day so anyone sat on the opposite side of the stage to me would have gotten a nice flash off my soft pussy lips and neatly trimmed pubes. When I go in on taking part in something, there are no half-measures or superficial lip service here. I properly follow through and stick with it.

Now, as you browse to the bottom of my sexy snaps from the night, you might think that Emmy Fatale is being a bit more demure than the other ladies on stage by keeping her skirt on whilst all of the others are already down to their panties.

However, you would be dead wrong on that one because, like me, she was also taking part in No Panties Day. If you were to have gotten a glimpse under her skirt, perhaps by getting a front row seat below where she was dancing, you would have seen nothing but bare Emmy underneath it. I think it was safe to say that the nearest seat to her was always occupied by someone. Someone very happy, I imagine...

"But its Strip N Rock! Of course, she has no panties on!", you may cry. And normally you would have a point. I know for a fact that she was observing No Panties Day though. She me herself.

No Panties Day

It's a few years since I first highlighted No Pants Day. However, back then, I was somewhat uncertain about which meaning of "pants" it referred to.

Was it the US meaning for some bottoms that you wear on your legs? Or was it the UK meaning for the underwear that you would wear underneath those bottoms? Obviously, this potentially makes quite a difference to how you would go about celebrating this day!

Thankfully, it seems that clarification has now been given in the form of a subtle but very informative name change. No Panties Day makes it very apparent which sort of garment you are expected to go without.

So I can now proudly parade around with no underwear on, knowing that, by going commando, I am truly partaking in the spirit of this day.

Of course, you don't need to be as obvious about it as I have chosen to be.

If flashing your nether regions is not for you, you could simply forego wearing any panties under your jeans or whatever. Just because you don't give others a chance to catch a glimpse of your bare lower half, doesn't mean that your outfit choice is not equally valid. You can do whatever is comfortable for you.

No Pants Day 2019

I read somewhere that today is No Panty Day. Only problem was that I wasn't sure if the article was from the UK or the US. And let me tell you, when it comes to the world 'pants', it can make a real difference.

I decided I had to do the patriotic thing and go with the UK understanding of what pants are which, of course, meant spending the day going commando. Now, maybe I could have put on some shorts or something like that to maintain my modesty but what's the point in embracing the theme of the day if no-one even knows about it? Instead, I ended up doing my very best Basic Instinct impression!
